Certain functions are missing when using a mobile app, such as the ability to cancel an options trade before it's filled. i'm able to replace it.But the cancel button is missing. some securities, I am not able to short. And I brought this up to the tech team, but no one's ever gotten back to me. I would say that 95% of securities, i'm able to short, but certain high profile ones such as in the oil industry i cannot short using the mobile app.

Thanks for your review, Rich. While this feature is typically available, we can confirm that some clients are having trouble canceling open option orders on the app. We are working to resolve this and appreciate your patience. In the meantime, you may consider utilizing Fidelity.com on your mobile browser to complete this action when needed.

Doesn't work on Pixel 10 Pro XL. The app presents across the entire available screen, so the "Log In" and menu links in the upper corners cannot be selected. When trying to log in another way, the end result is the same. Edit to respond to dev: did all that already. I cannot select "profile" because the menu is in the upper corner.

Hi, Maxwell. We’re sorry to hear this. We’d like to offer a few troubleshooting steps. First, ensure you are running the app's current version. If that doesn't fix it, you can uninstall the app and reinstall it. If it continues, head to "Profile," then "Contact us," so we can connect to get more information and resolve your issue.

Android app is unstable. There are always several significant bugs with every new release. For example, when viewing All Positions, sometimes the data for some positions/rows doesn't line up with the column headers. For instance, dollar values are shown in the % Gain/Loss column. Everything on the affected lines is shifted one column to the right. This problem is unique to the Android app. I don't have this problem with the iPad app, iPhone app and the website on my Windows and Apple laptops.
