It's infuriating having to sign in twice! The app take you to the web to sign in, then brings you back to the app to sign in again! It doesn't "remember you for next time." If there's no longer an active plan on the file, why is it still an option to click? This app is so poorly designed that it amazes me coming from fido. And no, I will not reach out. I see all the reviews have been the same since 2018. It's clear the company doesn't care about the app or what customers have to say.

The app doesn't even want to load in anymore. Updated, reinstalled, nothing will load. Fido's website too (on ANY browser, desktop and mobile). Nothing is displayed so I can't view my billing or usage! I had to go to a store to get my billing! I had my account "linked" several times and it keeps telling me that on desktop. WTH is going on? Fix your website and apps! This has been going on for MONTHS.

IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT, CANCEL YOUR PLAN AND GO WITH ANOTHER CONPANY**UPDATE: Just as imcompetent 1.5 years later. Would 100% recommend you go with any other phone company just so that you dont have to deal with this embarrassment of an app.** The app doesn't open up 9 times out of 10. How hard can it be to hire competent software developers. It's wild to me that every other phone company and banking company can sort out a functional app but Fido refuses to invest their money in doing the same.
