When it works it's great sadly most of the time it doesn't. In the app store it tells me it's installed. I look for it in my apps drawer and it's nowhere to be found. I literally have to open it from the app store. I've tried deleting and reinstalling and no luck. I just upgraded to pixel 8 pro and have the same problem. It shows the app installed but it's nowhere in my app drawer or search bar

One of the worst apps I've ever used has somehow gotten worse. Apart from logging into the app working about 30% of the time.... now it doesn't even register the fact I have a browser installed... it doesn't even work now. With the app constantly signing you out, it's infuriating. When it works, it's mediocre at best and slow on a good day. Also, with the free hour of data not working if you're connected to wifi.... if you run out of data, it becomes impossible to use the remaining free hours;

Terrible app! I tried to pay a bill through the app, and it just kept deleting my card number when I went to put in the expiration date. I tried many times, updated the app, uninstalled and then reinstalled the app, but it's still doing the same thing. Super frustrating! Still haven't been able to pay my bill.
