One of the worst apps ever. Since I've been a Fido customer (8 years), no matter how you set up the login (biometric or password), it'll error out and require multiple force stops to work. It's such a easy issue to fix, that it sums up how incompetent the dev team really is. They provide no widgets to improve the user experience and to quickly check data usage. This is what happens when you have no true competition.

App was great until the recent update! Now I can't even log in. I've tried reinstalling the app and it didn't work. Can't even get into the guest login. Not to mention you can't get anyone on the phone when you call for anything. Very frustrating, and making me consider moving phone carriers, which is a shame because I've had a great experience with Fido so far otherwise.

There are so many issues all the time with this app. Won't let me sign in. Said my password was wrong when it wasn't. So I changed it. Goes to the same sign in page after you enter your password. I uninstalled it and updated it, deleted the app, cleared cache, and still have these issues. This isn't the first time though. I've had these issues for as long as I had the app. Never this bad, though. So now I'm unable to access my account. Been like this now 2 days. Ridiculous!
