When it works it's great sadly most of the time it doesn't. In the app store it tells me it's installed. I look for it in my apps drawer and it's nowhere to be found. I literally have to open it from the app store. I've tried deleting and reinstalling and no luck. I just upgraded to pixel 8 pro and have the same problem. It shows the app installed but it's nowhere in my app drawer or search bar

Mobile service is a service and you finally started providing the bill payment service that you offered when I signed up so I can start paying my bill more than once every two and a half months. Good job proud of you! You get an update from one star to two for taking several months to do your job. EDIT: Nevermind. It still has external software dependencies, I'm not going to install random browser software from Google Play until I find the one you've arbitrarily decided to be dependent on.

It's been 3 months now that I can't access my account. I reported it already and still gets an error message everytime. "Sorry we've hit a snag.." 😠 😡 😤 😣 I uninstall and install the app (5x)..I get the same error message. I can't even use my 5x 1hr unlimited data.. unfair.. when are you going to fix the app? what is the difference with the Fido support and social media support? is it going to fix the problem?
