Such a frustrating app. On every click you have to wait atleast 10 to 30 seconds. And they push us to app while checking in from the browser. If they have so much slow app why are they pushing us to check In flight on to app. Give both the options. Such a waste of time with this app. Update : it became more worse app not even loading anything, installed, uninstalled cache cleared. Nothing working.

When adding checked baggage to my departure flight, the app asked if I wanted to add the same to my return flight. I said yes, and it reflected on my booking details. I confirmed this several times because I didn't want to be charged a higher fee at the airport. I got to the airport and suddenly it's not in my booking and the desk agent didn't see it either. And I had to go online, not the app, to re-add the bag. Useless and frustrating, just like Customer Service.

since I can't find any other place to leave a review. FRONTIER AIRLINES so far is not worth the "savings". "go wild" means the going to drive you crazy. very limited dates very long layovers. and then ther are the delays. I coud easily drive 10 hours get to my location quicker and save money in the process. and for the 4th of July I'm doing just that.
