Ratings and reviews

2025 updated review, they fixed the boarding pass problems. it's much more easy to do, but they don't archive used boarding passes. There is a feature to check on your flight status but it doesn't ever actually update. It would have been nice to get a notification from the app before rushing to my next gate only to find out, it's been delayed for an hour or more BOTH flights. I had to get to the gate to get the information both times.

well, this is the first time I've flown this airline for a while. I recall it be cramped, and uncomfortable. I had a grown that just flew recently and said it was cramped & uncomfortable. so, I purchased an upgraded package. but, everytime I kept trying to check out, the app closed, and kicked me out, so I lost my seat choice. then it said there were no more premium seats. already not off to a good start. Will update if I find this choice fabulous, ha!

Got a email for a delay right before going to the airport. I checked the app and website as the email suggested no information about a delay. I went to the airport 2 hours early just in case it was still on time. Couldn't check in through the app or the kiosk because technical issues. Next I had to wait at the frontier line for 25 minutes before getting any help.(only one person ahead of me) Finally I learned the flight was canceled and didn't get a cancel notification for 3 hours.
