Sometimes I feel like I order the most on my lazy days off lol but if it saves me from being in crowded areas, I'll take it. Had one issue but it was resolved and you can't beat the fast service even after high demand. Only thing I wish could change is if they tell you when products are not in stock before you finish your purchase. Other than that I Definitely recommend this service.

I loved it until they added a $5 fee on orders under $15. I used zipline several times a week because it was so convenient. If I needed just 1 or 2 things I could order & get it in minutes. I always expected the 'trial' period to end & to be charged a fee, but I was thinking $1-$1.50 per order, which I would've gladly paid. But now paying $8 for a $2 loaf of bread or $14 for a box of goldfish is absolutely ridiculous! I won't use Zipline anymore, even for orders over $15.

Useless. Practically no items are available, even though they're sitting on the store shelves. When you can actually put together an order, you will immediately get a text saying "x item has been removed". This is THE most frustrating, useless, pathetic service I have ever seen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!
