I've ordered 5 times and had issues 3 of those times. once the order was wrong because of the listing being incorrect, once, they didn't send the order until I asked about it being way overdue and then when we got it it looked like they had remade it in a hurry so the food quality was poor and I even found a hair in it, and this time the order got here, the drone was above my house and they cancelled the order due to a technical issue. This service is pointless if they can't get it right.

When Zipline first started in my area the service was excellent and efficient. A few weeks later everything changed. Zipline started charging a fee and later put an $8+ min for free delivery. Plus 9/10 I can't order because the service is unavailable due to "high demand". Now the app is stuck in a continuous loop requesting me to update. I have uninstalled and cleared the cache/storage and the app still will not open. Useless and annoying!

Sometimes I feel like I order the most on my lazy days off lol but if it saves me from being in crowded areas, I'll take it. Had one issue but it was resolved and you can't beat the fast service even after high demand. Only thing I wish could change is if they tell you when products are not in stock before you finish your purchase. Other than that I Definitely recommend this service.
