FordPass is good now that it is finally working right. I like that I can keep track of everything at the touch of a button; just wish the app would hook up to my car. Ford really needs to make improvements to the app so that there are no more hooking up issues with their customers Ford cars. I installed the new update and now nothing works; getting really annoyed with this app not working when they come up with an update. I've done everything & it still doesn't work right. ANNOYED & TICKED OFF.

somewhat functional but generally a mess. Some issues could be awful electronics in F-150 Lighting (Mach-E had less issues). App navigation is confusing, hard to find what you want. PaaK (phone as a key) fails regularly. Charging station map is horrible for searching anything other than where you are right now - it zooms out from an address so it's impossible to get back to see exactly where chargers are located near the place you're going. All that said, you're stuck with it!

Defects: PAAK unreliable. Does not unlock doors even when connected. Need to tap on door keypad to wake vehicle then wait 30 secs. Not ideal for use in a dark parking lot late at night when pursued by an assailant. Does not accurately pinpoint location. Displays location of phone and not location of the vehicle. Laggy screen response. Does not always sync settings with vehicle. Edit: more defects with latest update. This is probably the absolute worst app, functionally, I have ever seen.
