ABSOLUTELY HORRID SERVICES. after switching to a new Provider and using their cancel my previous policy tool this company STILL decides to withdraw from my account and DAYS almost an entire WEEK before it's due. you can't even cancel your policy via their app. Their prices and inability to cancel through the app is ridiculous and needs to he addressed in court

So far, the app is easier to navigate than other companies I have used in the past.

Can see my policy but cannot make payments or update my autopay information. Keeps telling me something went wrong when I hit the pay bill button. Very frustrating. Update: 8 months later and still can't make a payment from the app or reestablish my auto pay plan.Sends me to internet when it says "oops something went wrong" everytime.
