I love the personalized coaching and have seen real results in 3 months. Only thing I'd fix is letting the coaches know when you are sick. There's no way to account for that and then rebuilding strength after a week off.
Great app, however: 1. I wish there was a way to change the week's focus once the week has already started. 2. Is there a way to tell the Coach that I don't have any equipment to work with? Any advice?
This is probably the best app if you're trying to lose weight. I've lost just over 24lbs in 4 months. I'm very happy with the results and hopefully you can be too!
Have tried other apps but end up coming back to this. Coach is well worth it. Will give 5 stars if sprints are tracked. May sound stupid but I don't know how far 40 metres/ 20 metres is on the road outside my house. Would be great if it could tell me when I'd sprinted the required distance. I've got round this by using the running app but it ends up being clunky to change between apps.
I can no longer change my fitness profile! Is there some problem or was it changed in an update? If i get the answer then its 5 stars!
It a nice app could be better, if we could have a search filter ( of duration and difficulty) while browsing through workouts, as the workouts are arranged rather haphazardly
