I think you could do better with the warm ups. Individual videos and countdown timers would work well. Also, if I accidentally mark a stage compete, I cannot undo (I only get the resume option if it's the end of the set). That can be a bit frustrating. And why aren't there any warm ups in the training section? Just seems to be coach only. Otherwise, good and getting better.
I think I really would of loved this app if I was able to customize my workouts to fit the shape I'm currently in. Your only able to do that if you pay for a subscription which is charged weekly. Your free subscription is only accessible for 1 hour & it's extremely limited. Also I think it would be very smart to have stretches so it decreases the chance of injury.
Very limited options without trainer upgrade (which, at around £100 a year, is pretty steep to me). The functionality that is there is very good though
I love their coach tool and the workouts it generates. The only drawback after three weeks is the lack of an offline mode with locally stored schedules and delayed sync.
The videos don't play. I click on the play button, nothing happens.
