Frontier offers Very fast internet service. This service is consistently faster than Spectrum at a much more reasonable rate. Though I have noticed that around the time Frontier became available to us, Spectrum or Charter or whatever alias, has lowered their rates. We have had some inconvenient disconnect issues with one TV. Service from Frontier is quite responsive when you need it. Both upload and download speeds are amazingly fast and consistent. Spectrums upload speeds were a tenth of that.

By far the worst app I've ever used. I ordered some equipment a month ago and have been trying to track it on the app but I can never get any info so I have to call in and ALWAYS get a CSR that sounds like they're frustrated to be talking to me like I'm inconveniencing them when I'd be more than happy to check it myself online and make their position with the company obsolete. But the computer program that's replacing them is surprisingly less efficient. Poor customer experience all around.

I find it absolutely hysterical that the ONLY function that works in the app is the ability to provide feedback. Have not been able to use a properly working app with this service in 2 years. Undoubtedly the worst internet and customer service I've ever had to deal with. Fiber Optic 500/500 (throttled) with maybe 20 feet of wifi range - if you're lucky. Pray you don't have an outage for ANY reason, because you won't see a tech for 2-4 weeks, then they'll try to bill you for fixing it!
