I've had the device and software about three months. My Android Alpha app has consistent problems in communication via Bluetooth. The device settings cannot be transmitted to the device. The Bluetooth pairing is inconsistent. The link to "online support" has never worked. The app works fine on my wife's iPhone. The support personnel described how it worked on their iPhone but had no experience with Android. Very poor experience.

it is constantly closing while trying to download maps. got it to connect to my alpha but it won't work with it. major problems. do better. we pay so much for your products, we expect stuff to work properly edit: still junk. map is a fraction better. it is still not even close to what the explore app was. how can there be such a difference?

I'm seeing others are having problems with android syncing properly, and you above being to update the LTE Collar. That's what I can't seem to do. The app isn't pairing with the collar, so how am I supposed to update the collar?
