Camera worked amazingly for 2.5 years and with this app, I remember it being no hassle, easy setup, set it and forget. Then something happened, whether it be my updated wifi network, but judging by the recent reviews left on this app as of late, I think I got double whammied on what should have been a simple reconnect and whatever the heck else is going on. after investing in 10 double camera IP cameras from genbolt. I was expecting a good quality App. it's absolutely heartbreaking using the app when this stupid ridiculous pop up from genbolt to purchase their cloud backup continuously pops up. Genbolt please update your App to remove the constant pop up advertisement for cloud storage. it takes up 33% of my screen. Alternatively I will be leaving 10 negative reviews for every one of the 10 genbolt cameras I purchased on Amazon.co.uk

I have four cameras attached to this app, and all work fine. It is quick to recall and records 24 hours a day. I get around 20 days on a 64gb card. The quality of the records is perfect too, even at night. When I had a problem setting up, Customer Service replied within an hour. They are very knowledgeable about their product and will stay with you until it is sorted. One of them had a software malfunction after a few months. No problem, it was replaced within three days. Brilliant.
