This app needs an upgrade, giving us more options than it currently does. I should be able to control when it records and what it's recording. For example, I'd like to choose whether it detects everything (cars, wind, passersby, etc.) or just human movements. Not being able to access these options is frustrating, to say the least. I'd also like to be able to record at certain times of the day instead of 24/7. At this point, it's just a way to be charged for wasted storage and excessive data use.

Outstanding customer service! I have had a few issues with connecting to my phone and the cloud storage, mainly due to me being a numpty, but customer service via Email is excellent. I have 2 cameras and I am very pleased with them. Both are on the app on the phone, and others in the family have them on their phones too.

Cameras worked fine for years and today you have changed something and now all my cameras are disconnected and I have a pop up message asking for some bizarre open file read write permission which i cannot find or understand. So you have now bricked all my cameras with your updates. Hopefully you will sort it soon. Very disappointing. If this isn't fixed soon I'll have to bin all my 4 cameras and I'll never use a Genbolt ever again. Well done Genbolt 👏
