I've been needing to delete my account for months now since I don't live in the UK anymore. But no matter how many times I change my password, try to log in through my laptop or phone (app) it won't allow me to log in. It keeps saying that there's an issue with the website and to try it again later, but it's been saying that for almost a year now. This website and app is complete garbage and useless. Customer service is also unreliable and unhelpful.

You don't disable an app to force people to update it you morons ! I ,the USER chooses when to update, when it is CONVENIENT for THEM. Use some common sense! UPDATE:- this is response to , the app told me i could not proceed or use it until I updated it, this was in YOUR app, it was UI created by YOUR developers. someone knows about it, that much is sure!

We're sorry this has happened Dozzer. We're not sure why the app would have done this, as we wouldn't normally disable the app. We can only suggest that the version you had been using was too old for the Android update on your phone. - giffgaff Jeanette

before update, I was happy. after update, no longer 100% happy, why, the day bar keeps disappearing every time i close and log back in. i have to wipe data from storage then open app to get day bar back, then it disappears after closing app, only happening after feb update. fix it and i am 5 stars.
