I've been needing to delete my account for months now since I don't live in the UK anymore. But no matter how many times I change my password, try to log in through my laptop or phone (app) it won't allow me to log in. It keeps saying that there's an issue with the website and to try it again later, but it's been saying that for almost a year now. This website and app is complete garbage and useless. Customer service is also unreliable and unhelpful.

I topped my account up so I could buy credit tomorrow and they took part of the money and refuse to answer any of my questions and all they keep sending me if my transaction history and usage history which says I haven't gone over any limits so as far as I'm aware they are just taking my money because they can...

Unable to access app, unable to reset password. just can't get it to work. Update 25/05. Contacted giffgaff &they've requested this excessive amount of personal info to look into why their own app won't work!: -SIM Serial No (SSN/ICCID). -IMEI (If Dual SIM phone, provide all IMEI's). -Last 4 digits of your credit/debit card no & expiry date -Last 3 mobile or landline nos you called or texted (SMS only) -Last 3 phones used on your acc -any phn loan details -consignment order no/date/time/model
