I've been needing to delete my account for months now since I don't live in the UK anymore. But no matter how many times I change my password, try to log in through my laptop or phone (app) it won't allow me to log in. It keeps saying that there's an issue with the website and to try it again later, but it's been saying that for almost a year now. This website and app is complete garbage and useless. Customer service is also unreliable and unhelpful.

No issues at all. I signed on for the 150GB UK plan inc phone number. Installed easy and used it a lot. The sum total was 10 GB use. Hmm, will take a lower plan next time. lol. I thought I got great value for my money. Much better experience than Airalo last year in Europe.

USE WITH CAUTION Been a loyal customer for years and since December had repeated issues with people unable to call me and I cannot receive some calls. I've changed SIM cards and phones repeatedly and nothing has changed. Customer service is via a community rather than having a direct email address or phone number which makes contacting them difficult too.
