I like Giffgaff! There whole approach is friendly and their prices are comparable to others yet don't tie you in. Even their 18-month contracts allow you to vary the monthly amount if you want. They are helpful but quirky when changing settings like blocking premium calls but still worth 5* as I trust Giffgaff. Joining is so easy and I've switched 4 phones to them and don't regret it. All switches went smoothly. The connections are fine, no difference to the big players. Recommended.

I've been needing to delete my account for months now since I don't live in the UK anymore. But no matter how many times I change my password, try to log in through my laptop or phone (app) it won't allow me to log in. It keeps saying that there's an issue with the website and to try it again later, but it's been saying that for almost a year now. This website and app is complete garbage and useless. Customer service is also unreliable and unhelpful.

I was having issues getting Giffgaff to work, for a week. It took someone at a phone store to change settings in my phone to allow this to work properly. I followed all the suggestions, entered all the settings/instructions, still nothing. This lady had it working in a matter of minutes. I'm not exactly sure what she did, but there are settings that may block the sim from working. So be aware of that....
