I've been needing to delete my account for months now since I don't live in the UK anymore. But no matter how many times I change my password, try to log in through my laptop or phone (app) it won't allow me to log in. It keeps saying that there's an issue with the website and to try it again later, but it's been saying that for almost a year now. This website and app is complete garbage and useless. Customer service is also unreliable and unhelpful.

the app is good when the service is available! I pay way too much to feel like a bottom of the barrel customer! I always seem to be "out of service!" or low bars on my phone. you have given a "black Friday market deal" and maybe you can't provide what Is promised? but if this goes on for the rest of the year? consider me an ex customer into the next 🫡

Suffered a SIM-swap attack while with Giffgaff and their security was completely useless. Reported it immediately and they still haven’t bothered to get back to me. Left me dealing with the damage alone. Shocking service — avoid this network and find one with a number to call in an emergency. I can't even login to my account to close it.
