Used to be great, but NOT for long-term overseas use! ​It was a great service in the past. But now, do NOT choose this unless you are in the UK or only leaving the UK temporarily/short-term. ​❓ What happens if used long-term outside the UK? (Regardless of whether you turn off the eSIM or turn on Wi-Fi Calling) 💥 Your account may be disconnected, and your remaining balance will walk away and never come back!

I've been needing to delete my account for months now since I don't live in the UK anymore. But no matter how many times I change my password, try to log in through my laptop or phone (app) it won't allow me to log in. It keeps saying that there's an issue with the website and to try it again later, but it's been saying that for almost a year now. This website and app is complete garbage and useless. Customer service is also unreliable and unhelpful.

Having problems with Internet connection for a week now, and is so bloody frustrating , finally when signal is back for a moment and all help you can get is that stupid 🤖, trying get hold of a real person, nope not in giffgaff!! and the most annoying thing is that, I think every phone company not going to let you get on their app for free in need of help or even to top up, if you accidentally run out, Nope! get another phone or a sim.
