Start by logging in with your Chevrolet Account or OnStar username and password. Services are not available everywhere, and feature availability and functionality may vary by country. The myChevrolet mobile app* is supported on Android 9 and above and is only available in North America, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, South Korea, Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Uruguay and Paraguay.

Your key fob is conveniently located on your home screen. You can lock and unlock your doors or warm up your car on a cold morning.

For 13 months I've cursed the MyChevrolet app. Slow, unreliable, countless errors, etc. Last week I stood beside my car and used the app to unlock it. The process easily took 3 to 4 minutes. With all my vehicle software updated this week, unlocking took just under one minute tonight. On Android, the MyGMC app is a newer version than MyChevrolet. With that app installed, unlocking the car took less than 10 seconds. MyGMC is version 7.6.0 in the Play Store. I've switched apps!

I dislike the new update. It removed my ability to switch from 8 to 12 amp remotely and removed the option to finish charging by a certain time. The stop charging would be a nice addition if you could start it again from the app. I really wish they would add a feature to charge between certain times and to start charging again from the app. The only use for this app now is to see what battery percentage your car has.

Lost all Advanced Trailering selections in app when ver 7.6.0 installed today 4/10/2025. There is no information about this removal in the PlayStore "What's new" area for the app. But, the lead in states "...to help simplify, add control and reach your vehicle’s full potential. Stay in touch and in command — whether you’re in your vehicle or out." So, how is deleting app features without notice helping "simplify" and being "in command"?
