Ratings and reviews

Ahmmm.. There is a positive and negative with this.. This app is pretty slow in loading, it takes me some time before I see the files. But, it is very useful in terms of organizing documents, you can see recents and the document locations. It is good in sharing as well, in my default file manager, if you share a file, it will be not readable. This app makes what you share the same file you send. They can read and download it as it really is.

THIS should be a native preinstalled app on all android devices. Google Play's app manager don't find even close to what this app does. Granted, you are still stuck with some bloatware apps. This can uninstall a lot the junk the phones app manager will not even give you the option to do so. I got rid of 85% of the bloat I wanted gone. Good app, wish I had it sooner. I like to get at least close to 2 years out of a phone if possible. And, storage management is a big part of that maintenance.

Finding and managing files is inefficient, but recent updates have begun to address this. The tabs within each "Categories" view are now sorted alphabetically; finding the folder you want is now better! But, when you move files, it always takes you to the start of the hierarchy. It should keep you in the current folder so that you can more easily move what you want to a closer related folder. The entire hierarchy is already available up top when moving, so people can always use that and tap.

What's new

When you scan a document, it’s saved in your device’s Scanned folder.
The 'Documents and other' category is now called 'Documents' to make it easier to find PDF files. Other files, like backup and database files, can be found in 'Downloads' or 'Internal storage'.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll roll out search improvements like recently opened files, quick results and drop-down filters to make finding files even easier.
