Very bad service. Last 3 days after update gpay my upi lite showing again and again reactive options. When I contact the support for this issue the customer support team very pathetic. Very worst customer support team they are guiding me how to activate upi lite after sending screenshots of the Issue. Now I am not able to delete my upi lite and also not remove my bank account from gpay.

I don't like the recent updated version of gpay. The older version was really good that used to show how much I spend in a month but the recent version don't show it . It shows the spend+earned money all together that's really confusing. Please fix it and add 2options like spend + earned in a month when I recharged my number but I didn't get cash back even though I have a cash back reward . I need cashback

I was trying to buy a laptop worth ₹63,000 using Google Pay. The payment failed, but the amount was still deducted. Now I’m asked to wait for the refund. The offer was valid only for today, and because of this issue I couldn’t complete the purchase and may miss the deal. This is a huge amount to be stuck like this.. Very disappointing. Such unreliable transaction handling is unacceptable, especially when large payments are involved. If I do get the refund, I honestly don’t see myself trusting..
