Switched from Verizon and will probably be switching back. While I have more bars in certain places than Verizon, the quality of the connection is so terrible that I might as well not have reception since there's usually a huge lag or delay or issue with volume. When I answer, the line doesn't seem to connect for 5-8 seconds after answering and sometimes when I make calls, the phone is still ringing when the other person has already answered and is speaking. Edit: Google Fi still sucks

Phone works okay but I cannot use, or even turn on or off data unless I'm connected to Wi-Fi. So if I'm in a car wreck and need to look up insurance or a tow I will not have access to the info. When wifi is available it takes forever to connect. Finding service unusable because it turns data on and off itself so I pay for it without consent but when I want it it's unavailable. If my home internet is out after a storm I should be able to turn data on. Unlimited data is usually disabled in the app

I've been with Fi for a couple of years now. I came over from Verizon due to price, but this last year has made me want to switch back. You get what you pay for. Their service used to be awesome and it was cheap. It's still cheap but the service sucks. Idk if they switch tower providers or what. I live in a major metropolitan area, 1/2 the time I have 1 maybe 2 bars. data is LTE even though it's a 5G phone. Customer service is THE WORST if you ever have to deal with them 0 out of 10!
