Hold for Me lets you go back to your day. If a business puts you on hold, Google Assistant can wait on the line for you and let you know when someone is ready to talk.

Call Screen answers unknown callers, filters out detected spammers without interrupting you, and helps you learn more about callers you don’t recognize before you pick up.

Check your messages without needing to call your voicemail – view and play them in any order, read transcriptions, and delete or save them right from the app.

My phone was sitting on the counter. Watch on the charger. No Bluetooth devices connected. I didn't interact with the phone at all except to look at it from a few feet away, ignoring it. But this app still accepted the call! My guess is that it's answering the call whenever face unlock is on and the camera catches a glance. Not a customer support issue, this needs to be fixed! Edit: no it's not call screening. The person was listening to me in an empty room, and I could hear them.

Works great 👍 no issues so far no drop calls , calls are clear loud no static no problems with incoming or outgoing calls. Voice is clear and loud mic can be set to voice recognition mode so you can be heard clearly for other's. That's a bonus to my business & clients very well satisfied & pleased. As we know that drop calls & cellphone towers can cause issues with those calls.

just tried again and pleasantly surprised. it now displays company name of no personal name info in the contract. So ditched Samsung and using this again. but still missing one option I REALLY need. when displaying caller name, I ALSO want to see company name. often that's most important when several people from the same company are calling about the same things. Please add this option to settings!
