absolutely terrible. need to modify my flights, trip suddenly needs to be ten days shorter. I paid EXTRA and bought flexi tickets for this reason. everytime I go to modify, it throws an error! it won't let me change my flight. Online, on my laptop, on my phone, on the app, on my ipad!! whatsApp chat is no help and since I'm out of Malaysia I don't have the cell service to call! had a friend call for me, stuck on hold. already sent an email, no response. what am I supposed to do!?!

In your app, after filling in the details, when it comes to payment, the key board either doesn't pop up or if it does, the numbers for the card do not show in the little box on the screen, so unable to pay and complete transaction,I have tried other apps without issues, so it is Batiks app, very frustrating please fix, I HAVE uninstalled and reinstalled with the same result.

I have no problem with the flight quality and service of Batik Air. This one star rating is specifically for its app, website and service center. Amongst the problems, 1. Failure to accept payment via credit card and online banking for flight modification. 2. cumbersome process of new modifying attempts - non-robot check everytime, no retention of keyed in data 3. >10 minutes waiting on hotline. no one picks up at the end. 4. check-in link on email leads you to 'managing flight' instead.
