Great in-app experience so far, it's just when I wanna give 5 star ratings to drivers, the section "Yay! What impressed you?" is not friendly enough when I wanna select all the options. Better make it up-down rather than left-right since it takes more effort to select and swipe left and select the rest. But when it's up-down we could just select it all without swiping since we use our phone mostly in portrait mode. I hope u get what I mean. Thank u.

Two hours... TWO HOURS FOR MY SANDWICH TO BE DELIVERED AND IT'S STILL GETTING DELAYED. I feel like this app lacks drivers, and has an extremely weird transaction process where they'd hold your order before passing it down to the restaurant intentionally that takes ages for them to do it. The GPS tracker is garbage for both sides, where the GPS fails miserably at telling you where the driver is, and it also fails at giving the drivers the correct route. My sammy still hasn't arrived. Never again.

Scam company. dont connect the card here! or they charge you and not return your money back! make cash only! you can make an order and every driver that takes your order will wait a lot of time and not move then will call and ask to cancel, and the process can repeat a lot of hours. Why don't grab control the drivers they hire and not punish them for wasting client time? if you need to urgently go to the airport and still waste time in finding a drive for the drive you already was pre charged???
