Ratings and reviews

This apps support is terrible. Even when my order was switched by another person's order, I couldn't complain because the help center and support were not working. Before, I have booking grab car schedule, but there were no way to contact driver. It looks like the driver didn't response, can not be called, but later after few hours the driver's messages just appear.

There's a bug in GrabUnlimited. There is no cut in delivery fee like promised. It happened twice. Last time it happened, I told help center and it was taken care of nicely and fixed smoothly in just a few minutes after the report. But the same bug today happened, I told help center twice but nothing happened. It's still the same and it has been almost 2 hours! I swear I'm about to pass out from hunger, waiting for it to be fixed, like can you work fast or something

The app itself is not bad, but if you use the services for business trips, things start to get difficult: 1) you can run it on one device only. If you try to use it on another device, you get logged out on the other automatically 2) accessing the invoices is not possible by app. It requires a computer and you have to dig in the website, until you find the very well hidden functionality in the help section to export your trips
