App was very convenient and lots of promos. Now its become more complicated. Promos are falsely advertised, selectable but cannot be applied due to some necessary requirement. Long distance drivers are now choosy and would prefer short distances delivery. They would send you a message of complaint then cancel. If you try to contact support agent, they would tell you the same regarding promos. Restart app, clear cache, reinstall app, etc. Not helpful. Selectable but not applicable. Ridiculous.

it's really hard to navigate the app especially when you get your accurate location. hopefully grab app can widen the search of locations, even the tiniest details can be captured while looking for the address itself, or if there's a way to get the picture of pick up and drop point to make it easier for the passengers

Since the last update, the app notifies me that my order is arriving before it tells me that my order has been picked up, and only when the app is opened. this has been very inconvenient as I used to be able to time when my order is actually arriving after I see the "picked up" notification. the previous notification prompts were better and I think you should revert to that.
