worst customer support ever. when ordering food it would sometimes take an hour or more to find a rider then take up more time for the delivery to actually arrive. there's no way to cancel if it the order is taking too long. they want you to starve because the restaurant has already prepared and the app is "actively" trying to find a ride. not a customer first company.

I know you guys are doing everything to prevent customer-rider scams, but this whole thing about not being able to cancel the order in the first 1 minute of booking is so inconveniencing. I wanted to cancel my order the first minute cause I noticed I wasn't able to include another item that I wanted, but I couldn't cancel because of this stupid system. If you can't change that system then please add a feature where we can add orders even after we have made an order at least in the first minute.

I contacted Grab because I have avail a promo for 1 year subscription that is valid until June 2027 but it was suddenly gone in my account. The support agent kept saying it expired in July 2026, just one month after I subscribed, and did not explain why. I wasn't asking for a new promo. I only wanted them to check my subscription and explain the discrepancy. Instead, I kept getting the same answer. My issue was not properly addressed, and I am not satisfied with the support I received.
