베트남 하노이에서 편리하게 잘 사용하고 있습니다. 주변 소도시(비엣찌)에서는 안 잡히더라구요. 차량 탑승후 위치 공유할때는 URL 뒤에 "에서"가 붙어있어, 이를 제거해야 정확한 URL LINK를 공유할수 있습니다. 차량 종류(4인승, 깨끗한 4인승, 6인승)를 추가 선택하는 기능이 있는데, 결제알림창이 떠서 선택화면이 넘어가는 경우가 많아요.

기사가 호출을 받으니 7분 걸린다는 그랩 메세지가 뜨고는 움직임 없니 정차로 되어 있었다가 커피숍에서 30분넘게 기다리고 있었는데 똑같은 차가 갑자기 다른지역에서 제가 호출한 곳으로 오고 있더라구요, 40분 기다리다가 근처에 올때 캔슬 했습니다.. 당분간 그랩은 처다도 안볼려고요

그랩 앱 자체는 진짜 편하고 좋은데, 택시기사들 운영은 좀 어떻게 해야할 것 같아요. 한 10~15분 기다렸는데 자기 마음대로 운전기사가 취소해서 다시 잡고 다시 잡고.... 처음부터 취소할꺼면 취소하지 10분 기다리게 해놓고 취소해서 처음부터 다시 기다리는 경우가 너무 많았어요.
