Terrible app! Been using this since 2020, it was great. Got paycheck two days early. The last few months I have trouble logging in. I have deleted the app, reinstalled it, cleared cache everything. Customer service is in India and not helpful hard to understand them. I couldn't log in for four days as recently as last wk. I was finally able to log in but can't move money saved in the vault. I do not recommend this raggedy app to anyone unless you dont want access to YOUR MONEY! SHAMEFUL!

I've used this card for YEARS and the app has been glitchy for the past week or so. Now I'm getting the "we're experiencing temporary issues" msg for over 48 hours and I'm not able to log in at all. I have a few thousand dollars I can't even touch because it's "stashed". This is crazy! PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE BEFORE I'M FORCED TO CONTACT FDIC.GOV (among other agencies)

Over the last couple weeks I have had a hard time logging in! Had this card forever, never had a problem. Sometimes after a frustrating couple of tries, it finally lets me in. But today I couldn't log in at all! I try biometrics and it says fingerprint verified, but get an error that something is not right? Try password, still something is not right? The app needs an update or something. Loved the app before this started happening.
