Usually great, but lately I've been having issues logging in. I usually use my fingerprint. No problem for most of the time I've used this app. Lately it's been requiring me to try multiple times to finally let me in. Today I can't seem to log in at all, whether by fingerprint or password. I'm on the latest update. I have seen no message about maintenance. I can't access my account and there's no explanation.

for the last week I have been having a hard time being able to log into the app. it would normally say there was an issue once or twice and then let me log in, but now I get an error message every single time I try to log in. I cleared the cache, didn't work. deleted and redownloaded ... didn't work. this is beyond frustrating

worst mobile card app ever used. Never let's you sign in. Almost always tells me that I cant access or not able to process my request every time I try to sign in. Cant access my money in my savings at any given time or day. Cant see what I have in my account. I delete the app and download it back, sometimes that works. Here lately it hasn't. Clear data sometimes works. Over all, this app is a headache! And can never get customer service on the phone! This app and service are a huge inconvenience
