A nightmare. Transactions pend foreveru till they are able to double dip for the same transaction. I deliberately left my checking at the bare minimum, pulling money from the vault to make transactions, acct still ended overdrawn. their refresh system is slow, you dont have any recourse if the mistake is on their end. I kept asking for audits of my acct because my money kept coming up missing. No do! I was robbed legally!

This is absolutely the worst online banking option I've come across so far! Shame on you, GreenDot, for how you treat your customers, and congratulations on being the worst online banking choice out there! After paying $4.95 for the card and loading a minimum of $20, remember to add an extra $10. GreenDot will immediately deduct $10 from that $20, so you'll need to provide a total of $35 to activate the card. This will leave you with $10 to spend on your new GreenDot card!

they charge $1.50 for EVERY transaction! So much so that I actually have $1.15 on my green dot but cannot use it, because its auto configured to charge the $1.50 on top of every transaction! They charge more per swipe then some of the items I bought! They use to have a monthly payment option (back when they charged $1/transaction) to avoid that additional "charge on a charge" charge! Idk what happened? They control a lot of other branded payment cards so they don't NEED the money, do they?
