Please Read. This app is great, when it works. But this is the 3rd and final time I'm at a bar, restaurant, or store with a cart full of groceries that the app just.. goes down. ATM doesn't work. Tap to pay doesn't work. Card won't cash out. This is a serious problem. I advise using this card as a utility to STORE your money, but never rely on being able to SPEND your money. Hit the ATM first, and eat the fee. Save yourself the embarrassment lol

Do not... i repeat do not use this company. If you ever plan to make multiple transactions at a time you will absolutely regret the choice. The customers service department reads from a script and doesnt know how to fix anything. Then they rush to end the call and if you continue to ask them to help find a permanent solution instead of a temporary solution they litterally just hang up on you. My phone number is verified, my email is verified.... my account continues to get flagged for unusual sp

I've been through four cards now because of fraudulent charges. Not only is the app barely functional, the card itself charges $1.50 EVERY time you use it. Do not get this card or use the app, Green Dot is absolutely not worth it. They started off okay-ish, but some time within the past year this service went to absolute garbage. Even getting my money back has been a battle.
