This app is terrible. I had to uninstall because biometrics stopped working, and now it will not let me log in at all. It allows me to change my password and will use biometrics to confirm the password change, but when I try to log in it rejects my password and the biometrics option won't pop up to let me log in that way. This app works great when it works, but most of the time it doesn't work. I've un-installed and reinstalled multiple times at this point. infuriating.

Thank you for fixing the app!!! 3-16-21 I did an update and now it crashes won't open at all , Nice Job ....fix it!!!! I contacted customer service couple of month ago never got a response. The app worked great until I did the update on March 16th eversince than it won't open just shuts down , uninstalled and reinstalled but it's still doing the same thing, don't waste your time downloading it until they fix the issue ,god knows how long that will take they don't even reply to messages/ emails.

Easy Peasy App! Time-saver, organized, easy to use App. So strange though, I just got the App this year though after many years of being a customer re-ordering in-person and via phone system, nobody at Hannaford Pharmacy ever mentioned that an App existed. Never, not once ever a mention. And not a single sign in any Hannaford Pharmacy noting that a Pharmacy App exists. Also also, not even a recorded message on the phone system about the Pharmacy App. LOVE this App, though why the secrecy?
