Our mobile application allows you to easily search our events across the country, purchase a ticket, download your tickets to get scanned at the yachts, and get live chat support for common questions about our amazing experiences.

Go on local experiences in one of our multitude of cities, whether it's for multiple days or just a morning brunch. Explore the Statue of Liberty, Niagara Falls, Alcatraz, or any of our incredible cruises.

Simply enter the confirmation number into our app in order to store your tickets. When entering your confirmation number we send you push notifications as it gets closer to event time with helpful tips.

Via the app you can get support for your cruise purchase, whether just a simple question or a complex question for the big cruise day.

Their website says I can find ferry service alerts within the app for Puerto Rico with picture instructions. The menu in the photo shows more options than in the app; I don't have a "service alerts" option. The "contact us" option just takes me to their website homepage. Their website doesn't list anything about covid-19 and travel restrictions. Very unhelpful.

This app is, in a word, confusing. As a resident of Anderson island who has developed multiple android apps myself, this does not meet with accessibility standards and as some have said, it can't meet the simple effective standard of its predeccesor. It is also quite bloated. This app has so far cost me 16 dollars to use, (accidentally purchased the wrong ticket) has directed me to 2 non-resolvable URLs, and the help number goes to a cruise line. This is an unwelcome, inconvenient, change.

Terrible. The app glitches all the time. I try to click "manage my booking" and it just completely crashes on you. Took forever to even get ferry tickets. It kept booting me out of the app.
