Would have been nice if there was location and price based filter/ sort options. For pickleball, it's not easy to see if the court is indoor or not. Also, would have been amazing if there was an option to choose players within the app.

bad app ui is not good navigation is lengthy i believe no user wants to look forward dates slots it should be courts option instead bad logic presentation of sports booking compared to "book for sports app" using this app since they launched and it's better

No customer care service. third class app. I booked wrong timing by mistake and trying to cancel immediately but cancellation fees almost 90% of booking amount. I tried to contact on call but they said unable to take call so I sent email but no response.
