Ratings and reviews

On the rare occasion it works it's nice, but this app barely works most of the time anyway, and now it's been saying "something went wrong" and hasn't loaded at all for almost a week. I've done all the app "maintenance" and it just keeps saying it's because of "my connection" even though my connection is great and it's the only app on my phone that isn't working. 🙄 It was being weird before it stopped working too and was screwing up transfers, makes no sense.

App had worked just fine for a few months, but all went down hill when I stopped getting alerts in my texts whenever money was put in or taken out of my account. Worst of all I can't even sign in on the app anymore, I've re downloaded the app multiple times just for it to say something along the lines of couldn't sign in try again later and something about trying again when I have internet when I literally have my internet connected. Great app until now.

Update: Update: I can't sign in even though I changed my PW, keeps telling me something went wrong, and it won't let me log on. I've updated everything. Still, nothing helps, I've even Uninstalled it and reinstalled it. This is getting ridiculous, can't access my account. It has since improved. I can't give you a star rating because there are still issues, but not nearly as bad as it used to. It keeps rejecting my password and keeps kicking out my fingerprint.
