For the past few YEARS, the app has hung at login requiring a cache clearing EVERY time I tried to use it. A month ago, it would let me login, but wouldn't load my account making me fear my coverage had lapsed. TODAY: all the buttons work except the one I need. Login. Sits there and does nothing, despite cache clearing. Completely and utterly unacceptable for YEARS now. Do better.

Please let me know if there's a worse app out there, I'd be very curious! This app will NEVER let me log in, crashes every single time I try. Reinstalling it, erasing data, whatever, nothing works!! Customer service as unlovingly helpful as ever, it's 2024, how do you not know how to make a basic app that works???

Per usual android version sucks or they don't focus on it. How is it I can sign into the website just fine yet I keep getting password or username error messages when signing into the app. There are issues submitting reimbursements for your spending account, you submit it & the app says submitted but stays on the same screen only for you to risk backing out & potentially canceling the submission. Then to see it indeed didn't submit. I was signed in using the biometrics & it randomly stopped..
