Was a great app up until I tried logging into it this afternoon and out of the blue with no notice it is requiring an Update because my device "No Longer Supports this Application". My smartphone is not that old really, and, has been connecting just fine before today. Great! Just Great news that I have to have a more expensive option to accommodate the mobile banking app by buying a new phone. Ya, that's economical, not!

when the app works it's great but in the past month my app hasn't been working, weather it's my phone age or sum else it would be great if they could not charge you 4.50 for each transfer, it's a freaking algorithm, and if ur algorithm can't handle over 7 transfers a month then you need to take the app off the things you offer until you can fix it, and if your algorithm can handle it then you are stealing money from us all. fix it it's not to difficult to hire someone to fix the issue

My account was just locked because of a continually refreshing disclosure prompt, and every time I typed in a box/opened the app it would prematurely press enter, and then tell me my credentials were wrong, locking me out of my account. WHY AM I EVEN LOGGED OUT. I hate this bank. ATM doesn't work half the time, a thousand overdraft fees for several transactions in a row (sorry for the "iNcONveNieNCe", thieves). Maybe I'll complain to the FTC. I have to call a number??!
