This app is excellent! Even if you're just trying to cut back, the gauges they use to monitor withdrawal symptoms is so helpful. I felt much more prepared using this app than I have just trying on my own. They really do lay out every symptom of withdrawal and how long you can expect it to last, updating the percentage of completion as you progress. If you're trying to quit or you just feel you've been smoking too much and want to take a step back, this is the app for you!

Great for a free app! I have been trying to stop smoking for several months but never stuck to it. I am only a few days into this attempt but the constant timer and craving journal has made this attempt much easier than doing it on my own. From personal experience, I know I still have a long journey ahead but I hope this app can keep me "grounded." My biggest complaint is the journaling check ins are a little glitchy, especially when using the trigger information icons (does not save entry).

Very beneficial if one is looking to put the effort in to try and control, monitor, or quit their cannabis use. The ONLY reason that I deducted a star is that the app doesn't appear to put the "check-in" notations in chronological order every time; this would make it easier to track time between cannabis use sessions. The app has an easy interface to navigate and is laid out well. The information within the daily tips was very insightful. I would actually give 4.5 stars if it were an option!
