Ratings and reviews

Not able to sign into the app. Prompts me to reset the password. After doing so, it still will not allow me to sign in through the app. I'm able to sign in on my computer using various web browsers, as well as my iPad, but not through the smartphone app. I noticed several other users have sighted the same issue.

I've used this to book several hotels lately, but I cannot recommend it because they have billing issues. It won't show many of my past bookings or allow me to request a refund when the hotel manager told me I'd get a refund and didn't. Their billing system is outdated and doesn't work well, leading to all sorts of hassles for me as a customer.

Using to book hotel is great. Trying to get a problem solved not so much. There customer service is really bad, and that is after being totally frustrated trying to get to a human. Spent hours on phone only to lose contact and have to explain to another person or to be transferred and be cut off. I still have not been able to resolve my issues.
