Fast, easy and reliable. Their delivery option is so much smoother than the pickup option. Normally the pickup option i have so many things go wrong, but the delivery does good all the time. No missing items, you can say if there was a problem with the order etc. If you want to save some money do instacart delivery. I will never do pickup again.

I was using the app for a while now it doesn't even open. just closes on the loading screen. Great convient app. Also, small suggestion: in the app when you're doing a pick up it forces you to choose a car. I don't drive and so there was a lot of confusion in store. Perhaps add a "pick up in store" option instead of just curbside.

Are you kidding me?? first the previous app quit working entirely last week, so I deleted it and reinstalled. Now there is only a bunch of garbage where a good app used to be. I shop in person, not instacart. some of the items shown in the ad are not even in my store, and now it's difficult to find anything! Guess I'll have to go back to browsing the web instead. If you wanted people to use the app, this definitely isn't the way to do it.
