Ratings and reviews

Seems like there's a lot of great content here, but the user experience is terrible. You have to watch ~6 videos (which keep freezing randomly) to learn how to use the app. If you try navigating on your own, you run into errors that you have to set up some other part of your profile first. IFS is an extremely useful framework and I applaud Sentur's desire to digitize it, but the entire app navigation and hierarchy needs to be reworked. If you need 6 videos to explain your app, something's wrong.

I used this app when it was first launched. I have been doing IFS for 3 years so it was naturally curious about it. I found some of the features to be neat. Like visualizing your various parts, and thenreminders. I was hesitant to put any real deep information that would make the app more helpful because the lack of clarity in the security and data protection policies. I hope the creators can provide better transparency on how exactly they protect your information and who has access to it.

This app has so many useful features, definately worth the 💲. I am really enjoying being able to document my different parts and journey with IFS and have it with me on the go. I like the visual option of seeing all my parts, creating clusters and which ones are linked together. The prompts help me know know what to do next and the journal is great too.
