The app has been bugged for about a year now. The transactions page takes ages to load & then crashes & closes the app before it ever does. I've done troubleshooting with customer support & still it's an issue. This means I'm unable to log transactions & for every single transaction I have to log into my laptop to be able to log them. Super time consuming & annoying. QB team - please don't reply to this with a link to trouble shooting, I've done it all. Just fix your app. You've had a year.

Unable to use the app because it won't link with bank account due to a bug. This has been going on for nearly a month UNEXCEPTABLE!!! I expect a refund for unused subscription. Update 11-2-24 still can't use the app due to a bug. You would think a worldwide company would be a bit more on the ball in getting the issue resolved. And in answer to your question the purpose of having qb is for the ease and simplicity of the app. Not having the headache of logging in through a browsers. XERO!!

I am disappointed to have to edit my review of QuickBooks once again due to ongoing frustrations with the app. For the second time, I am experiencing issues with linking my bank account, which has become a major hindrance to my accounting processes. As a long-time user of QuickBooks, this recurring problem is extremely frustrating and time-consuming. I hope that QuickBooks can resolve this issue
