The was ok enough to get by, but now it just sucks has continued to get worse month by month. The customers don't fully sync with my books. When I create a customer and invoice, the invoice disappears for several hours, making it impossible to collect a payment from the customer even though it shows a balance. This has made my little quick books payment thing a waste of money even though I really like the device. Quickbooks, you have some work to do to improve. Please stop neglecting the app.

Always crashes, they are not helpful on the phone at all. I spent 6 days and over 5 hours on the phone trying to get the mobile app to work after having quickbooks for the past 6 years because of an update they did. Now I can't use the app when my business is 100% mobile. They tell me to call again in a few days & make another case so that "maybe" they can push the call through to the back end department. Terrible experience. I have called over 16 times over the past 2 months, no help. Trash!!

The Payees are not synced from the app vs the website. It's showing a small fraction (even when searching) versus all of the Payees on the website version. Not sure when this was broken as it used to function properly. Need to be able to sort transactions by date ascending or descending. Matching transactions isn't working properly in the app anymore either, dunno when that was broken either. Overall the app has gotten worse, and less functional/useful.
