JetBlue needs to get it together. Totally unacceptable for a company this big to have a non-functioning website and app. Despite using my correct login information, it tells me that my information is wrong. I've seen tons of people online complaining about the same error. It's been like this for years, even when I've changed passwords. If they can't take the time to fix this error, I'll gladly swap to other airlines.

I rely on this app a lot, sadly the latest update is full of glitches. 1st - When you add the children age it goes back to the default 2. 2nd - You can't see the action buttons completely. 3rd - When you press the Find/search button it shows an error and you need to start all over again. Eventually, you have to do it on a desktop pc or calling Jetblue for assistance.

Horrible! This is the most difficult app that I have ever loaded. The instructions are confusing and take too long. Why can't I just pick a password and be done? It issued me a pw and told me don't worry about it being confusing I do not have to remember it as the system will remember it... soooo... why did I spend my time doing it? All I want to do is be able to board the plane without going through all the check in details like everyone else. At least offer technical support!
