Stupid app I have tried multiple ways to "redeem" my rewards but no matter what option I choose it doesn't add to checkout. The app claims that you get a free a la carte favorite , original or plain slim for registering but no matter what I put it's not free. Why have a rewards app if the rewards don't work. I also got a new reward for a free side but it's the same thing I'm getting charged and I know I'm not doing it wrong I've been looking this over it feels like I'm working on a puzzle.

Don't bother ordering online, like ever. The store will substitute a bunch of items on your order without ever telling you. You then get home and are just left to ponder wasting your time going back to the store to deal with it or not. How is it 2026 and they don't have an ordering system in place where restaurants can list things as out of stock??? I'm done giving my business to jimmy johns, it is too overpriced for what it is.

Intrusive In-app ads for external services ruin the app. it is not an acceptable behavior from an ordering app to inject click through ads for third parties during the order process. I am TRYING TO GIVE YOU MONEY. And someone thought it was a good idea to try to "monetize" my purchase process by harassing me to click through to third party garbage. No.
