Nice instant pay options. Great customers to service at a variety of locations. As with most apps in NYC, there are times when there are too many people and not enough gigs to go around (even in the surrounding tri-state area). In the past, the quality of workers tended to be iffy at best, leaving it difficult for the rest of the team. Now, with the absorption of workers from the now defunct Bench App, there seems to be more coworkers and captains that are up to par. It's a work in progress.

I love the Instapay after your shift...But, my experience with this app is terrible. I've addressed my concerns to the team and was giving nothing but generic responses. It has been difficult getting a shift! I don't know if there's a delay when it comes to Android or if the shifts are given to "certain people". I get notifications, both text messages and app. I immediately try to accept the shift and it's gone. I even left the app open for 7 hours and I clicked on the future invites- nothing

I used to love this app, they have pretty good support and the pay is fair for the most part and they give you the option to get paid daily. My biggest problem with this app for years now, is the lack of jobs. You will get a job invite and before u can even click on it it's been taken. If you know you don't have that many jobs why hire so many employees to the Point that getting a gig is impossible. Also the process of adding skills/job titles is difficult to do i wish it was an easier process.
