I am facing a serious issue with KYC on the Uphaar app. My KYC is not getting completed even after multiple attempts. I have already contacted customer care several times, but no one is providing proper help or a clear solution. This is very frustrating and disappointing. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and help me complete my KYC. Otherwise, it feels like there is no proper support system for customers. Kindly take this matter seriously and provide a quick resolution.

👎😡Very disappointing experience with this app. I downloaded it for the JK Cement lucky token, but it turned out to be a complete waste of time. First, it asked for full personal details, including bank information and KYC, which already felt unnecessary for such a small reward. After completing everything, I scanned the QR code as instructed, but the screen went blank and the process reset again. It feels misleading and unreliable. On top of that, customer support is completely unresponsive.
