J.K. Cement is reintroducing the old plastic tokens in a brand new avatar, the “Uphaar Parivaar Ke Liye” paper scratch cards, along with a lot more conveniences. Retailers will now be able to redeem these cards directly from the company and the payment processes will be fastracked for all our esteemed dealers and retailers. Now, there will be no hassle of maintaining inventory of plastic tokens as the dealers and retailers can shred the electronically redeemed tokens, once used. Complete details of the redeemed tokens will be maintained by the company and all dealers and retailers can access this information through the website http://uphaar.jkcement.com or calling on 1800-103-7375 (toll free). These efforts by the company will effectively stop he circulation of duplicate tokens in the market.
One time registration process for the dealers: In case of authorised dealers, the SAP customer code will be the user ID and for retailers a unique ID will be generated from the system after one time registration. Password will be communicated through SMS on the registered mobile number.The mobile app can be used to register and redeem tokens fast and efficiently.View the status of your tokens and the pending amount. You can also update your profile directly through the app.

very poor experience jk uphaar app it's lot of bugs and verification issue and i registered successfully but it's showing number not found and my token invalid

First they take your data as a part of Registration Process, then they denied that your number is not registered with us. Also after complaining the issue at customer care, I've been told that registration processs will take 3 days. I'd tried again after 3 days but the same issue persist, then i called customer care again, they picked my call after 10-15 mins of waiting, then the customer care executive told the same thing again. Don't rely on these fraud apps, they just take your data &........

Earlier version of the app was much faster & user pro in comparison. This ver takes too many touch input for registering 1 token. After every registration, it will just freeze & wont go to scan page ie, you have to manually go to menu n select token registration again. The lattest update 13.3.19 makes it worst. After hitting submit, all the data just disappears with no msg, success /error. However, When I scan the same token again it shows failure. conseqences of not testing app before release.
