I really do not find the new updated version a success. The interface is not pratical or fast as the previous one, even worse, I can't input the figures (values) in the dedicate field as the "big minimalist blank space" cannot read the numbers I type! The result is disastrous: I am prevented to conclude any money transfer due to the absence of values! What to do now??Absolutelly not a must have. I wonder why is the need for changing this app so often...

That is not how it should be, we will look into it. If you want someone that helps you personally, you can contact the technical helpdesk by calling 016 43 25 07, every weekday from 8am to 10pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm or by emailing kbc.helpdesk@kbc.be.

Very good application , i can say one of the best in the world but the data is not updated quickly example i spend money on a transaction why i still see this reservation for 3 to 4 days this is very confusing . Same when i receive a payment it take too much time to enter my balance. Backend side of this app needs better attention

Hello, KBC can process a transaction (incoming and outgoing) instantaneously provided the other bank also offers that facility. If the other bank cannot (yet) do that, the processing may indeed take a few days. Cardtransactions can take a few days because they have to pass the clearingchannel of Mastercard or Maestro . The app is very good and all in all quite easy experience, all put together in a nice app. BUT the parking app 4411 connected to the kbc account is close to a scam. It does not inform you that the parking rules are in effect or not due to the time, it does not keep any notification on your phone, only if you open the app. And the best part, it keeps charging you till you remember to stop it or open it to re-Park. It charged me an amount of 12 euros for a whole day... Kbc, this is a disgrace.
