We paid a lot of money for this bed. The bluetooth connection to the app stops working after about a month or so. We bought the wireless remote and was useless after the app stop working. Our bed was replaced with the wire remotes and thank God, because once again, the app stopped working after about a month or so again. Same pattern with the app. No real solution was ever provided and no app update available. App is basically useless. Get the wire remotes if you purchase this bed!

UPDATE: I developed an issue with the mattress that adjusting the app didn't work. I called support. There was no computer interface. I was connected to a real person that was excellent. I find that this app works well with my new King Koil SmartLife mattress. All the controls work well and every time I make an change, I feel the mattress adjust. I am pleased with the mattress and the app. What I don't like is the adjustable base from Reverie. I strongly advise to get a different brand..

Pretty sad pay 7000 for a bed it doesn't come with a manual remote because your new app is completely useless and haven't been able to reconnect every sense for that kind of money could of done much better it's hard to sleep when you're extremely pissed off about the new app and cost of it if I could actually see my sleep data would love to see the results so my advice get the remote
