Pretty sad pay 7000 for a bed it doesn't come with a manual remote because your new app is completely useless and haven't been able to reconnect every sense for that kind of money could of done much better it's hard to sleep when you're extremely pissed off about the new app and cost of it if I could actually see my sleep data would love to see the results so my advice get the remote

I find that this app works well with my new King Koil SmartLife mattress. All the controls work well and every time I make an change, I feel the mattress adjust. I am pleased with the mattress and the app. What I don't like is the adjustable base that came with the mattress. It is from "Reverie" and the app is terrible. It's full of glitches and support is awful. I would definitely get a different base.

Not like the app demo in store, all settings do not function properly. Where is the sleep sensing report? Why does it say need a break? No movement occurred for the bed during rolls from back to side. Does the app control that? None of the user policies or instructions for use are available to view on the app. So far, not happy woth this app, or bed, on night 1.
