I have had this bed and app download since 2023. The ONLY issue I can take with this app is the "Sleep Report" is not as accurate as my watch's sleep app, the rest of it is awesome. I have been able to set the firmness for both sides, separately. Mine with app and husband uses remote (because he would never trust ANY App that has permissions) and I knew that, so I spent extra for the remote. I have set up/played with ALL settings and functions with ease. Low the relaxation mode!

Not like the app demo in store, all settings do not function properly. Where is the sleep sensing report? Why does it say need a break? No movement occurred for the bed during rolls from back to side. Does the app control that? None of the user policies or instructions for use are available to view on the app. So far, not happy woth this app, or bed, on night 1.

Does not work. Since the upgrade, We have not been able to connect our phones to the bed. We've un-installed/ reinstalled; shut down/ restarted, to no avail. We can only hope customer service can help! Will update later.
