Very disappointed with Babyshop's delivery service. Orders are always delayed, and most of the time they don't get delivered at all. It's frustrating to wait for days only to have no delivery or no clear updates. The customer service doesn't solve the issue effectively. I expected much better service from a well-known store.

I make order online from one week not delivered there is a problem the app get stuck also I can't cancel the order my money not back I call customer service three times every time they say sorry we will solve the problem and no body make any thing

very bad experience, worst application, they are delaying the order and the tracking system needs Development, I will not repeat it again
