can't make an online purchase through the app. after logging in no items can be added to the cart. Teied to solve the problem with call center or email - it's been more than a month - still no luck. UODATE. No proper communication was received from Centrepoint apart from spam emails stating that ptoblem is being resolved. Problem is still there. I am fed up with your approach to my problem. One customer is lost for Centrepoint. Thank you for nothing.

Total waste of time. I ordered a product because the price was cheaper compared to other shops, and delivery would arrive in 2 days... 2 days have passed after the expected date, but no update on the app or via email about my delivery. Called the toll free number, maybe 10 times... All the representatives gave the same answer. No solutions provided, only excuses. If there was a negative rate I would give a -10. I advise others to look for other apps to order items from rather than this one.

the worst experience with refunds with centerpoint. They have picked 4 items for return, after several followups they refund 3 and conveninetly misplaced one and then telling me they can not locate the item. following up with them for over a week and has been a nightmare!
