I am not able to update my mobile number in the Max application. I emailed support, but they say uninstall the app and reinstall it. I tried, but the same error appeared again. there is a problem with their system. they don't want to resolve it, instant they are telling us to reinstall app.

Very bad Customer Support,in KSA I ordered some products, I did not receive the product and it is showing as delivered in the application, then I went to customer support and the error is coming there also. Somehow I found Max's Twitter account and posted there and also messaged him. But I did not get any response from there either. Application review is my last option. That's why I am coming here and telling you. Very bad customer support.

I am experiencing issues with the app, particularly when attempting to access the help section. After a few seconds, an error message appears, preventing me from using this feature. Additionally, the shipping procedure and location confirmation process could benefit from significant improvements, as they currently do not meet expectations. I suggest reviewing and enhancing these aspects to ensure a more seamless user experience.
