Ratings and reviews

No features. Outmatched by cheap economy cars. I want to remote use/monitor HVAC, show battery level for charging, remote windows up/down, remote mirror fold, remote fluid level checks, digital key ability, remote flash lights, and more. This app is so pointless I feel it is not even owned by Lexus. It does not reflect quality, luxury, or useful in any way I can find. Everything on this app can just be done with the key fob. How embarrassing.

Reduced to 2 stars as sluggish connection comes back, showing the message of experiencing technical difficulties... Updated! Turn 1 star to 4 stars. It works after I delete the local cache and data. The App did just a bad job for the version upgrade. Please fix it. It had been working very well. After it reported exceptional service on starting, the App is stuck at the Lexus logo screen after running.

What a terrible app. Gives me an error notification every time I open it, but then proceeds to load the app. Very buggy and slow. Not really anything useful in the app accept for a few reminders. Some of the notifications don't make sense and are not explained. For example, I get a "ready to connect" push notification every time I open the app. Ready to connect to what? When I lock my car, it gives me a worthless notification that my car is now locked. Thanks, captain obvious.
