All the app has going for it is that it's usually quicker than the website proper for submitting claims. It's hot garbage otherwise, as it lacks most of the website's basic features, such as the ability to upload receipts in pdf format (seriously??) and the ability to view a previous year's pending and/or processed claims. Plus, it (like the website itself) has a frustratingly short idle-out period of under 5 min, often auto-logging me out while I'm in the middle of submitting a complex claim.

I'd rate it somewhat higher, but it won't load on my spouse's phone. We both have s21s, no major differences between them. Otherwise, it works fairly well, about as well as any of the FSA apps do.

It is mandatory to upload receipts in order to not have fsa card frozen. It won't let me do it, I keep getting some message about need storage space and permission from photo something. It will work if I take a picture of a bill that I paid. Not all of the time I have a paper copy because I am paperless. I don't have a printer either. Would be nice if they had a feature to upload electronic copies of paid bills from patient portals and such.
