Ratings and reviews

It is mandatory to upload receipts in order to not have fsa card frozen. It won't let me do it, I keep getting some message about need storage space and permission from photo something. It will work if I take a picture of a bill that I paid. Not all of the time I have a paper copy because I am paperless. I don't have a printer either. Would be nice if they had a feature to upload electronic copies of paid bills from patient portals and such.

EDIT: The most recent update has made a world of difference for the better IMHO! The app now accepts pdfs, which is a huge quality of life improvement since most EOBs and other documents tend to be in pdf format. The overall functionality is also now more similar to the website, and runs much faster at that. I've increased the rating for those reasons. Still not a perfect 5 due to the aggressive time-outs, but I can live with that - I just have to be quick and prompt with submitting claims.

I have used this app 4 or 5 times out of necessity and never once has it just worked. There is always an issue that forces me to log out and back in or reset password (despite using the correct password) or it just won't let me log in at all. Such a headache!
