Love it, absolutely pleasant experience using it. The only complaint I have, which is very difficult to deal with is the customer support. If you run into trouble, it isn't a very smooth experience trying to get your problems sorted. Please have a fix for this. I understand the chat bot route us great, but having a person to talk to would be an awesome addition.

I've been using it for a year, and it's been fantastic. But since yesterday I've been unable to log in. I keep getting a error message saying "it appears your using an unrecognised device"... I'm using my phone. I uninstalled and reinstalled, reset the password 3 times. And still the same error. Very frustrating.

Worst service I have ever seen in my life. I have applied for a credit card and it's been more than 20-25 days but still showing pending. No updates from anyone anyways. One they've they started sending email and messages whole night like a crazy that we are checking details. Post that they are sleeping. Worst bank. Worst service. I need my account to be closed immediately.
