Permissions needed for RightTrack users

● RightTrack uses foreground services to enhance user safety, ensure accurate trip recording, and provide valuable feedback to the user regarding their driving behavior. It's essential for detecting when you start a drive and to accurately log the route taken, driving behavior, and other relevant metrics.
● The service is activated when you begin driving. This is detected through user interaction with the app and/or automatic detection algorithms that recognize driving activity.
● RightTrack collects data such as speed, acceleration, braking, and route information, which are needed for assessing driving behavior and providing feedback for safer driving practices.

Ratings and reviews

Almost as bad as their customer service. Almost. No way to cancel a tow from within the app. Laggy and slow to load. It takes NINETY MINUTES to get a wrecker when you are on the side of the interstate. And they can only do one item. so if you need a tire changed and it takes 2 hours for them to arrive at night and your blinkers have ran your battery down, they will only pay for the tire, not a jump start. Worst support ever. Pray you never need their emergency road service.

Tracking my driving through the phone app is a stupid idea and as soon as my right track eval is over I will delete the app. That no one can control the music on my phone while I'm driving or it will be a point against me is an unfair policy. My insurance is on my vehicle and would much prefer the device plugged into the car and not plugged into my life.

The problem with this app is it records all driving and has no way to automatically confirm all trips as a work vehicle. It confirms all as personal unless you go line by line individually setting it to other. My driver score is not reflecting reality because I make hundreds of trips in work vehicle and it's exhausting marking each one. At this point I turn off location access until I'm driving my car.
